Information from Discord

Depending on the active features, Astronaut may collect:

• Discord User ID
• Discord username and profile information via Discord
• Server ID and server configuration information
• Channel and role information required for the proper operation of the bot
• Command usage information
• Moderation actions logs
• Bot configuration information provided by the server administrators

Message Information

Astronaut uses Message Content Intent to process message content and deliver detection features.

Astronaut does not retain all server messages. If a potential threat or violation is detected, Astronaut may store relevant content or information needed for moderation, investigation, debugging, or detection system development.

For example, if a message contains a blocked link, Astronaut may retain only the detected link instead of the entire message.

Report Information

When a report is submitted through Astronaut, the information provided in the report form and reporting command is collected and sent to CCR Clan moderators for investigation.

The report information may include:

• The Discord information of the reporting user
• The Discord information of the reported user
• Server, channel, and message information relating to the report
• Any files uploaded by the reporter
• Additional information voluntarily provided by the reporter.

For reports involving message content, Astronaut may collect up to 500 messages from the relevant chat history to provide context for investigation. The amount collected may vary based on the report type and required information.

Report information is retained during the investigation and until the report is resolved. After resolution, information may be kept if needed for security, abuse prevention, or service improvement.

Reporters should provide only information necessary for the investigation. If personal information is voluntarily included, it becomes part of the report record and will be processed according to this Privacy Policy.

Website Information

During visits to the Astronaut website, technical information may be collected, including:

• Browser type
• Operating system
• Device information
• Basic access logs

This information is collected to ensure security, reliability, and effective website maintenance.
