Astronaut's Terms of Service

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Astronaut ("Astronaut," "the Bot," "the Service," or "Services") and its features. In these Terms, "we," "us," and "our" refer to CCR Clan; "You" and "your" refer to any individual or person accessing or using Astronaut. By using Astronaut or its features, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, discontinue use immediately.

Eligibility

You must comply with:

• Discord's Terms of Service.
• Discord's Community Guidelines.
• All applicable laws and regulations.

Description of Service

Astronaut offers security, utility, and server management features, which may be changed, added, or removed at any time without notice. We cannot guarantee features will remain available at all times.

You agree not to:

• Violate Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.
• Use Astronaut to harm other users.
• Use Astronaut to facilitate malicious activity.
• Attempt to exploit vulnerabilities within Astronaut.
• Intentionally degrade the function of Astronaut.
• Knowingly submit false reports, appeals, or misleading information.
• Use Astronaut for any unlawful or unauthorized activities.

Failure to comply with this section will result in a total blacklist from Astronaut. Server owners are responsible for proper configuration and use of the Bot.

Availability

Astronaut is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty. While efforts are made to maintain reliability, we cannot guarantee Astronaut will be uninterrupted.

We cannot guarantee:

• Immediate resolution of bugs.
• All features will always function exactly as intended.
• Functionality will remain unchanged or available indefinitely.
• 24/7 Bot uptime

We may update, disable, or discontinue parts of Astronaut as needed to improve service. Unexpected interruptions may occur. We are not responsible for any consequences resulting from Astronaut's unavailability. While we strive to provide a dependable and secure service, you acknowledge that no automated service can guarantee complete availability. You use Astronaut with the understanding that interruptions may occur.

User Content

Astronaut may process and store information necessary to provide its features. Users are responsible for all content submitted through the Bot.

Data Collection

Astronaut may collect and store limited information necessary for operation, including but not limited to:

• User IDs
• Server IDs
• Channel IDs
• Message Content

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Astronaut for any or no reason. Violating these Terms will result in suspension or termination; you will be blacklisted from using Astronaut entirely. This does not prevent Astronaut from taking actions against you.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Astronaut and its developers shall not be liable for any damages relating to your use of the Bot. Astronaut is made to increase server security; however, no automated moderation system can prevent every threat. You are responsible for reviewing the Bot's permissions and features before using Astronaut in your community. You are responsible for all actions Astronaut takes within your communities. By using Astronaut, you acknowledge and accept all responsibility.

Disclaimer

We may update or revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of Astronaut after changes take effect is considered acceptance of the revised Terms.
